Sony UP-X899MD A6 Analogue and Digital Black and White Thermal Medical Printer
The Sony UP-X899MD is an A6 monochrome hybrid (analogue and digital) graphic printer which allows for medical professionals to produce high-quality hard copies of ultrasound scans. With a light and compact design, the hybrid is made to accept analogue video as well as PC-friendly digital USB signal inputs.
The high quality thermal print engine can produce hard copy prints of still images captured by multiple medical applications for use in patient records. For even greater convenience, printed still images can also be stored to a connected USB flash drive.
The UP-X899MD is a compact A6 black and white digital printer, is the successor to the Sony’s medical printer UP-898 series. Delivers high-speed, high-quality black & white printing with enhanced image accuracy, an improved user interface/printing cutter, and upgraded environmental performance.

Shipping Terms
Please note the following:

The order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@newmenmedical.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If the item is faulty we will provide a returns label otherwise we request you return using a tracked postage method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
